The meeting was called to order by Lew Harvey followed by the pledge and a moment of silence.

Lew advised the members that Bob Moeser was sick and unable to attend, (Hope you get well soon Bob).

 The Toy’s for Tots ride on December 7^th 2008 was VERY COLD ! (32) It was a very nice day though with bright sunshine, 140 total bikes rode from Freedom Hall to the Armory in Gray via Jonesborough. Police assistance along the way by Johnson City, Jonesborough and Washington County made for a safe ride.

Lew called for a vote on two new members ; Mike Foster and Rick Lunsford, a motion to accept the two was made by Tom Inskeep and seconded by Richard Gotowala.  Welcome Mike and Rick !

Pat announced that during this year she has sold $6089.25 in merchandise, which is a lot of items. Fantastic job Pat !!!

Pat also announced that Honda of Alcoa was shutting down operations.

At this time Santa handed out gifts to the membership.
